SHIPPING

We currently ship orders Australia wide.

  • Flat Rate Shipping - $5 via Australia Post
  • Express Shipping - $10 via Australia Post
  • Free Shipping on orders over $50

REFUNDS

For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on earrings and hair accessories. 

All SALE items are final and no refund, exchange or shop credit can be offered.

RETURNS

Postage is not refundable and the customer is responsible for any postage cost for returning the item(s).

We recommend using a trackable post method as we cannot be held liable for parcels lost in transit and returned items MUST be posted in a box to avoid damage, if items are returned damaged from transit you'll not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please send the item(s) you would like to return to the below address within 14 days of receiving your package.

After you’ve sent your items back please email us at pinkginlabel@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number and name.
  • Reason for return
  • Tracking number for returned item(s)

Once we receive your returned package we will then determine if you’re eligible for store credit, we reserve the right to deny your return and will let you know via your email address and if your return is accepted. We will activate your store credit if approved.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product please email us at pinkginlabel@gmail.com with your order name and number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product.

We will express post your replacement or if this isn't possible we will then offer you a refund.

Please allow 7-10 working days for returns to be actioned.

DAMAGES & FAULTS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please attach a photo. 

EXCEPTIONS / NON - RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
